input delay

there's a delay between pressing wasd and my tank actually moving, i know this is a known issue but i haven't found any fix
tried switching between eu1 and eu2 but it didn't work

What’s your ping? I notice a slight delay from about 30ms.

about 50 ms which usually doesn't cause issue in any game
also for whatever reason while the match is waiting to start it says i have 150ms but goes back to 50 as soon as the countdown ends

The countdown ping is always high… 300ms+ for me.

I’d struggle at 50ms, I get about that if I forgot to disconnect from vpn. It’s immediately obvious. Anything less than 20ms seems best.
