Exactly. They know how to do it, but they don't want to so they can bring in more income from us having to start over from scratch. Strange isn't it how any other MMO game released outside Steam the past few years and later released on Steam allow us to link our accounts no problem, but Wargaming can't because of "technical reasons"? Such baloney. Even when War Thunder arrived on Steam they allowed us to sign in with our old accounts. Same with other big MMO genres, like The Elder Scrolls Online. You can even trick the other big Wargaming title, World of Warships, to use your old account, so we know its fully possible.
