Guillotine Essence is not found

I currently have 3.1e15 and am paying 4.7e4 per Spin (Deck : Flower & Sun)
I want Guillotine Essence to finish the game
But after a long time, Guillotine Essence does not come out.
How can I find it?

Keep trying. The game will keep offering essences you don't have, until there's nothing in the pool anymore, at which point you'll only get pool ball essences.
If you want to accelerate, disable essences that may trigger, so they don't get offered again.
