This is how you destroy module/trusses
The most recent update allows destroying modules, and thought I'd post the Devs reply on how to do it.

"Hi! That's in a 'Deconstruct' device category, it's in the same place you can select Station/Survive/Storage/Mining/Fab Tier I devices to be build. A red button on the bottom :)"
