I am having a problem, the chimical plant is stuck on robber production with full green progress bar, but the resource is not produced and the crew not coming to get it. The output for crew is enabled.

After playing on one save for several hours with a main core of the station made with a 13x13 grid of modules and many NPCS... everyone starved. I had around 10 food farms and 2 dispensers. All of which were full. However, the NPCs suddenly stopped going to the dispensers for food even though they were transferring food to storage (because the dispensers were full). Is there a priority system in place internally? If not, can there be so that NPCs will always go for food and water when needing it before ...

Ok, so I don't get the pipe system. Essentially pipes must connect input and output points, correct? And they can only transport items in one direction? And only one type of item? So, connecting all storages in such a way that they automatically exchange / distribute all stored goods between them is impossible then? Because I'd have to connect every output to every input, and through separate lines, right?...
