For me, I notice than having many items on my chests make the game slower, so I sell them just to have 10 or 20 max of every item. I don't upgrade my house fully neither, just because I think that can slower the game, if you play multi, that can make slower too I think.
edit: hmm, although I did install this to my HDD rather than my SSD, because I never figured this game to be a serious loading issue (unlike, say, big open-world games constantly streaming in new data).
edit: my build limits are only at 328/600 & 1207/3000.
SSD is better for this type of game, they need lot of ressources I think.
Me too. Not 6 minutes long but maybe around 2? I'll try to time it next time I log in. It used to load much faster before.
I had a feeling that even though there is a max items in the game, you could start chugging well before that point.
I just clocked mine at 1 minute, has always been loading from an SSD, not sure what it was before but you can feel it get stuck on that loading bar now.
A test this morning gave me ~2:20, with 25s of that being the initial boot to the main menu.
(felt faster than usual, but I'm usually not staring at the loading screen & a timer. :D I'll have to try again another day For Science!)
edit: 2:26 this time, 30s to main menu.
I wonder if the recent hotfix is making it go a little faster now.
