Disney Dreamlight Valley Mac version

I bought the game on Steam for Windows. The Mac version is not available here. Do I need to buy it again for Mac?

Yes, seeing as it's a different operating system you need to get it from Mac app store from what I understood, googling your question.
The game is gonna be free when it's fully released so if you don't wanna spend money on it again just wait.

There is a workaround for playing Windows games on Mac, but requires extra stuff.

Thank you for that. I did play it on Windows, just wanted to be able to do the same on Mac.

My main machine is the m2 Mac Studio I hate windows , don’t know they don’t just release the Mac version on steam as well…

Mac App Store version don’t even uses the Game Center achievement api

Apple paid them to keep it exclusive, it sucks, was hoping to use this copy as well for mac. Some games are on steam and the appstore and some not, and Steam still hosts a lot of Intel app crap.
