Level 10 Friendship Rewards

Have anyone not been able to find their Level 10 friendship items in their inventory? I should have Merlin's hat and Moana's dress but can't find anywhere.

He won’t give me one. It’s shown as locked. Not sure what other quests i need to complete to unlock it. Unless it just bugged out

If you go into your quest menu and click on Merlin it should list the requirements needed to progress with the quest

U should normally get the reward after finishing all of Merlin's quests. Afaik, the only level 10 rewards that aren't in game yet are Minnie and Wall E's.
