Stuck memory. Fix?

During Moana's quest, I spoke to Maui behind the counter in Scrooge McDuck's shop and he dropped a memory into the counter so now I can't reach it. I have restarted the game multiple times trying to fix it. The patch didn't help either. Anyone know how to fix it or how to submit it as a problem?

We have to wait for the next bug fix. There are a lot of bugs on a lot of quests. We hope they rectify all this before the additions planned for the fall because it is blocking the progress of the game. leaves to wait like all of us who have bugged quests preventing the progress of the game

It throws the memory ball outside of Scrooge's shop in a random map location, just walk around and you will find it. Mine was down on the beach but others reported finding it in the plaza, and glade of trust.

What if you can see the golden glow inside the counter? Would it still be in a different location?

Not sure to be honest with you. Mine I couldn't see the glow or find it anywhere in the shop. It just showed up outside after a restart.

I'm having the same problem, I hope the developers can fix it, because it's not the first time that a "memory" enters some furniture in the game and gets stuck.
