Cook with Seaweed

I need to cook something with seaweed, I also have 4 pieces in my inventory, but it doesn't show up as an ingredient in the cooking menu. Am I blind or another bug?

You mean you can't even use it at all? If so, that's odd. Are you sure you checked every page of ingredients you have? And that you are in the "All" category?
