Only one who's stuck on the cooking the fish pie part?
I tried with the glittering fish i couldn't cook it; i tried with a normal fish it doesn't count, i was able somehow to cook something else with the glittering fish and thought i could fish another one but nope

Did you remember to add the dandelion syrup to the recipe? You should be using the glittering herring, wheat, butter and the dandelion syrup to make the fish pie. I did that quest today and it worked fine for me. Not sure if you can catch a 2nd glittering herring or if you'll have to open a support ticket to have them add one to your inventory.

I just did this quest minutes ago. I did a regular fish pie and nothing happened. Then I used the glittering fish, the syrup plus wheat and butter, then got a fish pie with a unique description that's specific to the quest.
Then the quest was stuck anyway because it now asks for a pickled fish which I suppose I was supposed to make before making the pie, but the quest only showed up after I already used the syrup. So yeah I believe it's just a horribly glitched quest.

You don't need the syrup for the pickled fish, only for the pie, and you can definitely make it AFTER the pie. It just wants you to make the regular Arendellian Pickled Herring. The recipe for that is Herring, lemon, onion, garlic and any spice.
