Mother Gothel issue

I started the curse mission for mother gothel. But i haven't been able to buy ursulas home and so her and merlin can't talk. I'm stuck and i feel like i have to restart completely fresh. And that is discouraging. I can't go into any house or sell anything to buy her house. Any help on how to fix this?

If Ursula's already on the map, you don't have to complete her Lair quest to progress in the Curse one. You're probably running into a pathing issue where the paths Merlin and Ursula need to take to reach each other are blocked in some fashion. It's happened to a lot of people; Maui's house often seems to be the culprit. If there seems to be a house in the way, try moving it in Furniture mode and see if that allows the two to reach each other to talk.
