Neither Wall-E's nor Minnie's level 10 quests/rewards are in the game just yet.
I actually lost an item in furniture mode the other day, with no way of getting it back. It's the cute black and white dresser we get from levelling up Goofy. I was redecorating (as one does) and the darn dresser would not be moved, reset to its previous place every time I went back to gameplay, I checked the other items, the dresser was definitely bugged. I tried to remove it to see, the game then crashed and when I loaded back in the dresser had just disappeared from my game.
I have only encountered it with this item so far, but losing furniture that takes quite a lot of progress to get is very frustrating and concerning (especially since I paid for the Deluxe Edition).
Has anyone encountered this ? Is there a way I can get my furniture back ?
I will update this reply as I encounter more of them
Game breaking:
1. Gathering materials / Removing Night thorns too quickly will cause Softlocking to happen. The character will simply stand there, you can't move or open any menus. You have to force quit the game.
2. Opening the Menu and navigating 'Event' -> 'Reward' -> 'Buy Currencies'.
The Currency window will stay open but you can't click on anything or close it. You can get out of the Main menu, but after that, the game Softlocks much like the Gathering bug mentioned first. Again, you have to force quit the game.
Edit: This has also happened upon receiving a memory from an orb and also opening any secondary menu within the main menu.
Re Edit: Also happens in the middle of conversations when handing/receiving items.
Visual bug:
The leg (Right one) will grow skinnier and skinnier (distorting, really) upon moving, but will revert back to normal standing still. The Bug will disappear for a short time upon changing clothes, but always return after some time has lapsed.
Edit:
Character quests:
Their last items seem to be a bit off at the moment, but I've managed to gain Mickey's Fountain and Scrooge's Hat so far.
Don't know if this is how it's intended to work so I'm not sure if I ought to label this as a Bug.
Flowers in Forest of Valor:
Does not respawn, easily getting you stuck with both Moana and Minnie's Quests to gather flowers.
I still can't finish either and I've had their quests for 2 irl days.
Flowers in Sunlit Plateau:
Does not respawn much like how I described above.
Flowers in Glade of trust:
Does not respawn much like how I described above.
Spices everywhere except Plaza and Peaceful meadow:
Vanilla, Mushrooms and Garlic etc have extremely long spawn times, to the point where I thought they had the same issue as the flowers. It took me 1½ real time days to find enough mushrooms to finish a quest for Merlin.
It seems items spawn much less frequently if they're part of a quest.
Edit for the flowers and Spices:
Apparently they all spawn on the locked off sides, which could potentially stop you from progressing any further unless you grab the fountain and "cheat" by placing it in the locked-off areas.
I'm not sure if the game is supposed to be played like this normally, if so, why look off sections in the first place.
Remy's recruitment, Gusto's kitchen:
Remy does not jump up on the counter to further quests, clips away and ends up partly hidden by the cabinet near the cooking station instead.
Remy's Restaurant, fully upgraded:
The two decorative tables have their accessories floating above them, just visual bug.
My kids have combined racked up 20 hours on this game now but suddenly it's stopped launching properly.
Now when the play button is selected we get a mono colour square. Like the central pixel has been blown up to fill the height of the monitor. You can hear the splashscreen and menu music playing in the background but that's it.
I've tried reinstalling, removing all evidence of Userdata/save files, etc but now the game just doesn't load properly anymore.
It may of course be possible that it is the case for the PC version. A known one plays DDV over Steamdeck and oddly enough has fishing spots and also finds ravens. Of course I don't know if it's because you have the Ultimate Edition. Anyway, she has fishing circles on the Sunny Plateau and finds ravens in the Forgotten Land.
