Can't Glide or Sprint

I play on PC using an Xbox controller, and neither the keyboard nor the controller work for sprinting/gliding. I've tried verifying the integrity of my game files and switching to the alternate controls. Neither works. I'm kind of at a loss here, any advice helps.

Just one silly question. Do you have a portion (or whole) of your stamina bar in yellow? If not, then you need eat over that for it to happen. If yes, then check the key binded to sprint and try it. Other than that, you can reinstall the game, verify cache, all that stuff.
