Fishing Spot at Windcaller "Carpet Diem" Quest Issue

Hey everyone, is anyone else having a problem with the fishing spot at the windcaller on the Carpet Diem quest? It is in the Aladdin realm and it isn't showing me when to click to properly catch the fish like it normally does. Also, does anyone have the support email for Gameloft to contact them? I can't find any way to reach out to them on their website and I have tried to message them through social media and never got a reply for previous issues.

eta: I used the form about a year ago and they took about 24 hours to reply so not bad.

My Girlfriend just had the same thing. She said just hit the spot and dont "click" a Board shows up. Hope it works for u aswell

hey just found the fix -- you have to make sure the hold to fish setting is on in controls for this to work! worked for me too
