A Deal With Ursula Glitch
Having trouble with this quest. I've collected all 3 crystals and the one from Ursula but it says I only have 3/4. I cant continue with the story line to get Eric.

P.S.: I know where to look for the last one, but it is not there where it should be. Is it possible that deco stuff on the position could delete the quest item?
