Decay to grow bug

I'm leveling Sally, and during the one part of her story mission 'Decay to grow' it won't progress, just constant going back and forth from last check point to current and wont let me go any further

I am also having this issue. I have picked up the dried flowers and wood needed for the task and deposited them into the compost bin. I'm trying to complete it but keep going back and forth as it is not registering what I had already done. Now I am unable to finish this quest for Sally. I have emailed Gameloft but of course I don't get a response.

what i ended up doing to fix it, was repeating the last step, collecting the flowers n the wood and when i did that the 2nd time it fixed it and i was able to continue

I tried to do that, unfortunatley I'm unable to get the dried flowers again . thanks for replying glad it worked for you :)

also when i go i inside my house it shows up that i have them but i have looked in all my storage I don't have it. I'll try to make another ticket for this issue.

im sorry :( for me at least, it can be incredibly infuriating when these things happen, especially when you really like the game. I hope your problems get resolved, keep me posted if you like.
