Stuck with Pumbaa and the Night Mite Nests

I looked thru the 19 pgs. if forum here with no luck. So, I need help. I am stuck on Pumbaa's
The Infestation part 2.
I have Night mite nest 5/6 and mega Night Mites 12/12 (done).
The problem is the 6th nest is not there. I have tried with tracking and without. I think I got all 6 and never got credit. I have cleared the areas completely and moved things around and there is no spawning of the last best. Is this a bug???
I am at the point of restart this mission, re-spawn it, or credit me so I can move on to the next part. I can't advance without completing it. This is getting very aggravating.
