Quest Progression Bug “Transaction Error” on “A Taste of Literature”

Playing the quest “a taste of literature” where you unlock Tiana, and when I say interacting the sign to get her house, I kept getting “Transaction Error”. I restarted the game and now the house is there, but quest still says to interact with sign. And since this quest is prerequisite for doing Tiana’s quests, I’m stuck. I tried to move the house to see if it would allow sign to show, etc.

Did you ever get this issue fixed? We're having the same issue with Mulan's house. We put the house in the Forest Island, but you can't interact with it or progress any further with Mulan's story line.
