Hades trial broken.

ANyoen else having the issue where tha last movement of the platform on hades trial isnt moving? or even showing the 'interact' highlight. i did not pay £25 to immediately find i cant progress the story/content i paid for.
and the glitch with timons old enemioes quest (thankfully thats fixable). and the glitch with flynn and meridas 'argument' in her house. oh and now, the broken sally update where a web gets stuck and again halts the progress , before you even SEE sally.. what the heck is going on??!

i fixed the argument one by having merida follow me and then we went into the house, forced the argument to trigger between them. shouldnt have to, but in case someone else cant get past it :)

Did you make any progress on the Hades quest? I've received 3 emails from my tickets to Dreamloft and in all 3 they told me to move Hades house to Mt Olympus. I told them in all 3 that it's always been there. I'm getting so frustrated with this. Wishing I could get a refund at this point.
