Has anyone started this quest. So far nothing is happening. Any advice

It seems that the quest is unfinished and we'll most likely have to wait for a future update for the continuation.

If you have all 8 of the pillars moved onto the correct spots and heard the cave on skull rock rumble and open up, you've done all that's available for now. The next update will probably be in July.
