But the Scrooge Skin Event is intended 'buy the skin in the shop'? or there is a method to have the skin with quest?

Just wanted to hop in and say we are aware of a display bug that is causing certain Premium Shop Dream Styles (including Summer Vacation Scrooge) to appear in the Collection menu with the text "Participate in the Special Event to Unlock". As mentioned in our most recent patch notes, these Dream Styles will appear in the Premium Shop and will not be tied to a special event.

It’s part of the summer event by the looks of it, so yeah its optional but not needed to enjoy the game, its also not bad price to be honest. If you dont buy this you just miss out on skin, however the walle one has a quest- that one is also not bad price but locking core game so yeah i get that point. For me tho, they said prem shop and during ea so its here and not bad, the walle one was stupid and i agree, but its not the price its the quests, and they did say expansions contain characters after ea so i did expect that type of thing to appear. The shop is good and price good, the walle bundle good price but stupid quests locked however all of this was said to us before just confusing and all.

I think next rotation is Merlin skin, for summer and other things maybe a summer update who knows. For me now, i want that Merlin skin but i got his christmas one why get another one. I would like a rat one for chef can’t pronounce his name- or stich I’ll jump at stich for a skin or set. I think they doing good by pushing skins for characters but why 2 for the same one, while Elsa has nothing or Eric got nothing.

It is obviously not a "Display Bug", but more likely was intended to be in the Starpath like the previous "Dream Styles". However, it looks like Gameloft decided to move it to the Premium Shop and charge a ridiculous amount of money for it.

Likely, they just have one "you don't have this" message (the "participate in the event" thing), and it just uses that regardless of how you're supposed to get the outfit (star path, shop, actual event, etc).

I have gain from event or something, yeah itll be event or in shop for 2.5k moonstone. I have no issue with 4 items a week in a shop thats optional im glad its not 8 items. Also lower moonstone they’ll increase items from 4 to 8, and itll be the same price for all items as it is now.

But, of course! it's the only way to take even more money from people who already bought the game, fans, customers etc. They said the game would be Free to Play once Moonstones are able to be bought with real money.

You can buy them with real money now, is the game Free to Play? nope. We just got fed lies by another money hungry company that only cares about money.

Did they show you the $40 bundle x 5, i have not seen a $40 bundle on this game so point is not valid with sims, the $4.99 packs fine, but there is $10 and $15 and $40 packs so its pretty similar and on par.

It is optional and not that expensive compared to sims bundles at $40 or even cod at $30 a bundle, $5-15 is not that bad now, is it great that debatable but its not bad bad.
People want items for dirt cheap and lots of free things, thats the issue people have against the price lowering and fights, its not that we dont want the prices lowered ourselves its the blatant $10 is to much but $5 is fine, but if they lower prices to $5 for all and churn out 8 items its the same prices as before for all items, you will never win with prices in games, and for this game its not that bad really not bad.

So sadly i did not see what a dev said outside the main website or on social media, what happens in a closed discord server is not my problem, business decisions change all the time, sadly i dont think its changed the faq on website stated prem shop during ea and not after and did not say on there about free to play once prem shop is out. Also if they edit it, itll show as edited and it’s not showing that.
The game is not free to play now but it will be, so the system has to be geared around free players and paid players- I basically went to the Scrooge shop and was like hmmm nice, coins for items and very cheap coins for items, so i cant see the issue- some items paid others in mass free.
Like i said im not sure they lied i have not seen it, ofc i have not been in a discord thread about it, and i know business decisions change alot however im really not sure what has changed since feb 16th to cause so much anger- a walle bundle yeah got a quest i dislike that but also its not really major major I avoid it i can still play and not miss out on story
Do i want to support the company, its not about that to be fair its about i like the game and ill play, if i like a prem shop item ill buy it- i do the same with blizzard and riot and they did worse then lie, they broke the law and really was a horrible company but I still paid for things.
The issue is, if a kid goes mum can i buy a iron man skin in fortnite and its only $15, if a yes, what’s stopping the mum saying yes for a item in this game for $15. It’s the same price and on par- its different if a kid comes from fortnite and this game charges $35 for a skin, thats more nah fortnite is nicer. However both on par and the same prices.
I’m not blind gl are not the cheapest company and not ideal for customer support however these prices here are not as bad as others make it out to be.
