Ultimate edition fixed?

Was this ever fixed? where people dont get the items even if they reload/reinstall the game,i keep reading recent threads of it and dont wanna give them more money for support when it has not been fixed properly since September

I got the game/ultimate edition around the 2nd week of October and everything that was supposed to be included...

see some say they got them no issue but alot reported even in october they were not getting them though some did not say what platform, is it true they are tied to who you redeem them on?

I'm not sure about other platforms but, I didn't have any issues here on Steam. Everything was in the in-game mailbox.

I don't know what you meant when you asked 'if it's tied to who you redeem them on' as it should recognize the account you bought the Ultimate Edition on. I was able to play the game on an alt account via family sharing though and got the Standard Edition freebies and nothing else.

This makes me worried, incase i want to restart over but then lose out on redeem ultimate stuff again

....you know what? I'm bored, so I'm going to backup my current game and start a new one to see if I can reclaim the items. Hopefully, I can* get my old save to work after the test.

Nothing in the in-game mail but, once the 'Unlock the Dream Castle' quest was finished, the Event tab unlocked and showing my previous game's Moonstones. Everything that I've unlocked/purchased with the halloween stuff were also available.

And oh yea, I got my old game/save back!

I'm guessing.... if you haven't gotten the moonstones, restarting a new game won't probably make a difference....

Hopefully you can get it to work again if it doesnt let you re-redeem, apologies for this and sorry if it does indeed not let you, it just seems like alot of money even for Disney to say, ha no more for you thing

this is what has worried me, i yet to buy it since it is late here but they dont seem to be in a rush to fix it for those who have the bug

may i ask when you bought the edition?
