Can't get Swamp Water

I was collecting all things for the Quest Frozen Memories when I realised there are no shiny interact symboles at the Rivers in the Glade of Trust. Restarted my Game many Times and also checking the Game via Steam but nothing changed.

Make sure you have the proper empty vial in your inventory. Try collecting the Aquamarine gems first if you haven't already. The glade should have sparkles. If you've done everything else and they still don't appear, you will have to write in a Help Ticket at the Gameloft site.

I checked over at Reddit and some ppl said they found their water vial in one of their storage boxes.
