Flowers no longer spawn. Not sure if bug?

Hello!

Been playing the game for a little while and have been really enjoying it, but now I feel a little stuck.
I recently unlocked Sunlit Plateau and have been doing Donald's quest "The Forgotten Project" which now requires me to pull up 2 "Yellow Bromeliad" for the recipe.
I have one saved in a chest, and have been waiting for the 2nd to spawn but it's been a solid 2 days and I've not had any flowers spawn in this half of Sunlit.
(For the record, I'm still waiting for the Orb from "Nature & Nurture" to grow, and I cannot reach the far areas surrounded by bones where some flowers are)
For the record, forage crops like Vanilla spawn.
(I also haven't seen much dry wood spawn either, but I still see hardwood spawn sometimes so I am VERY unsure)
And fwiw, my prop limits are 303/600 and 1749/3000 respectively.

Has anyone else had a similar issue with forage-able spawns?

to get at places which are blocked by bones or mushrooms etc. etc. you can move your well to the blocked area, and then travel through the well to the blocked areas's were you can pick up your recourses

They supposedly made it so the flowers and stuff move around each day to prevent this, but I haven't actually seen it working in practice. Everything is where I left it the day before.

Like the above person said, you can move the well in furniture mode and travel to the other side of the river.

I never thought about moving the well. I forgot you could tbqh.
