Jafar has disappeared trying to find him to get him to level 2 but cant find him anywhere. i have restarted the game a few times but nothing.

Go to the Palace. Sometimes it will take time but he usually shows up when you go in and go back out again.

I'm in the same boat. He's been missing for at least 2 days. The map shows him as 'Home'. Clicking him on/off in the map shows no change on either the Dreamlight Valley nor the Eternity Island map. I've been in/out of the palace, multiple times, but he doesn't show. I'm just trying to level him up beyond 6, at this point, and continue the quest (since Mickey is stuck in his Steamboat Willie costume).

Yeah, he doesn't seem to show up when he's "home". You need to come back a different hour when he's out and wandering.

Yep. I always play in the mornings and he was always around. Now, he's only coming out at night. Hmmm.

Try Remy and Tiana restaurants at 2pm and 9pm. That is his usual restaurant routine. You can fill his food order to boost friendship and give him the 3 daily items he wants at the same time. I was able to finally complete all his friendship requests using that method.

Yep....that's what I was trying to do (level him up). The restaurant schedule is not the same for me, though, as I found him wandering around the island at 7pm. Anyway, just weird that it changed up, in the last few days, from always being around in the morning to never being around (especially now that the characters don't sleep).
