Instructions on moving Merlin's house/library to the floating Island?

Having a hell of a time trying to figure it out.

Open Furniture editing. Go to the House section. Villager houses are the first part of that.

I have a problem. It tells you to place 5 random items on the island too. I did that, but Merlin's telescope was among those items I placed and it's a quest item I need for Pumbaa's Down to earth quest. Now I can't pick that telescope up anymore and the quest doesn't proceed. :c It's the only item I can't pick up anymore. I probably got my quest bugged now, anyone has an idea?

I have the same problem with telescope---can't remove it from island

I have the same problem with telescope---can't remove it from island

I don't know what to do at this point, I think I will have this quest bugged forever and unsolvable forever.

If you have not already gotten this fixed, contact Gameloft at https://gameloft.helpshift.com/hc/en/66-disney-dreamlight-valley/contact-us/ I did this and they put a telescope in my mailbox and I finished the Down to Earth quest.

Thank you so much for posting that link! I just made this mistake tonight and you saved me a lot of frustration trying to figure out how to contact them.
