Moonstone chest remains on the beach (forever?)

Hello,

I have an issue in my game where somehow the blue moonstone chest remains on my dazzle beach but I can't collect any moonstones from it.

I believe my game glitched out the other day and I'm not even sure if I got the moonstones from the chest, which I do not even find that important, however now the chest simply remains there stuck. I can't remove it and it won't disappear on its own like usual.

I rather not want to be stuck with that chest for the rest of my game. Does anyone know if there is any way I can get rid of it or that it might still disappear on its own after some time passes?

Assuming you have checked your internet connection and there isn't a warning that you are not connected to the internet, it might be related to its location. Is it nearby something that might be blocking you from properly opening it?

Otherwise, take a video of you trying to open it, upload to youtube, and use the link to submit a bug report on the official discord.

I had a daily yellow one spawn under the junk Beast destroyed. Had to restart after I removed the debris to get it to open.

If there's nothing blocking it in furniture mode and you tried closing the game, you might have to put in a support ticket to get it fixed. Verify your game files and make sure nothing is broken too.
