And they KEEP SPAWNING THERE.
The Ancient Vacuum can't get the flowers from under the bridge. It will find any other ones you might not be able to notice in the rest of the Bind, though. (the left & right sides of the Bind are different areas for the vacuum, it won't suck up the whole zone at once.)

(spawning of zone items seems to be prioritizing the side areas with Trials, as well. Today, I found maybe half a dozen items in the Wild Woods / Elysian Fields, and 12+ by their respective Trial gates.)
How the hell did this not get detected in QA?
I keep asking myself this question about games nowadays. Not just Disney Dreamlight Valley but many other games that have had CBT or even open beta prior to release.
I had this same issue. I found if I restarted the game, (took 2 restarts for me) that they spawned in other areas.
It's up to 9 flowers under there now. Whee.
edit: the game really does love spawning things in hidden side areas. I just found the Sacred Spring for the fiery plains quest. . . and there were half a dozen Mythopia flowers and about 8 mussels, in a small cave. No wonder I couldn't find many out in the adjacent zone.
