Magical Edition Storybook Vale Missing Items

Morning all!
I had purchased the Magical Edition of Storybook Vale, which is reflecting on my loading screen under expansions, but in loading into the game am missing Pegasus + the house and 5k moonstones :)
Maybe hold off until we have further news!
Hopefully can get these added to my account :(

I didn't receive 10k Moonstones as well. The house and pet is missing. I got the initial 5000 Moonstones and clothing.

I checked mine too and it says Magical Access Granted on the grayed out box at the bottom but I got none of the bonus items. Some people apparently did, not sure why ours is screwy. Hopefully they'll fix it soon.
My Flynn Rider quest is also glitched currently. Mining the Sapphire Star won't recognize.

I bought the Magical Edition, I logged in and had a mail with the Pet, House, Clothes and only 5k moonstones...No early adopter clothing yet, and still missing 5k moonstones...

Here too.... I was just too stoked to play this DLC with Merida... bought it minute one, and get punished for this. Title screen says "Access Granted" for the "Magical Edition" but nowhere can the items (Autumn Manor, Pegasus & House and Storybook Vale Dress & Ensemble) be claimed, let alone 10.000 moonstones (only received 5.000).

I hope they'll make up for it?
I am happy for those who received their items.

I think they missed to book the mail for the Magical Edition to the purchase-system - maybe we bought it one minute to early (was also having a look at the timer - and I think I bought it one minute after release xD).

I think the issue is that they need to sort out now manually who got already the 5.000 Moonstones from the normal DLC as it seems that people got different mails which was not planned like this.

In other threads it is reported that in Discord was a comment from the Community-Manager that they are aware of the issue and working on it.

thx for the info as I´m totally lost. The new area is amazing and feels so much more cozy as the area from a Rift in Time.

Logged out and back in, and indeed, there everything is.
Should've been simple enough, took some time, but they did it.

Nah logout of the game as we all were online and doing quests in the new valley when the missing items and moonstone came per mail, so some people were nice to inform us to relog to get our stuff.

So today the issue should be solved when you want to purchase the Magical Edition as it got fixed yesterday.
