Boutique
So i got the boutique yesterday and I don't get it. When I approach a mannequin it says something about I can't put clothes on it because there is nothing magic.
Does it mean magic clothes, if so how can I know if a piece of clothing is magical?

Can some veteran shed some light on this for me, please?, thanx in advance!

Touch of magic, the custom stuff you make is what you are after.

You mean like clothing?, but I don't know how to make clothing?

Never mind, found it!, thank you!

I never had really understood the Boutique. I usually end up completing the challenge, but it is never clear to me why I completed it. My best guess is the challenges are both just a dress up situation (like some of the dream snaps) and a customize some piece of furniture or clothing. I think it suffers from the Devs enjoyment of vague instructions in general.

It's pretty easy if you know how. Use filters!. I was looking for "casual" (as Daisy stated) and didn't know how until I noticed the filters when you choose furniture tab. Just filter for casual and the game only shows furniture with the tag casual. Craft or buy it and place it.

The both category was where I had trouble initially, you need a piece of clothing and furniture with the right tag.

Now I just keep adding more junk to the platform each time there is a challenge, so a lot of the tags that repeat are already completed.

It is just a stupid idea. When you search for clothes or let's say home decos you can use filters like elegant, pink, Mulan and so on. The problem is like you cannot put rug inside the shop so why there are challenges including rug? Sometimes you need to reset the challenge like 30 times because you don't have decos or clothes matching all the requirements and it gets annoying. I don't know if you can complete the challenge just with your own designed items because they have no tags. You can say something is pink, you can add the Mulan sticker but what about the rest of tags?

You decorate the raised area with furniture and the mannequins there are the regular type that holds your outfit on mine.

Yeah, I've just kept adding small things to the raised area as new challenges pop up, I have about 90% of the tags that appear for any challenge. Usually just need to tweak one item on a mannequin.

The other key thing to remember is that small things put ON a table, don't register for tags. Which is annoying. You need to put them on the floor.

yeah I noticed that too. Bit silly it doesn't count when on a table. :steamhappy:
