Sale ? if you have the gold edition on switch will you get it on pc if you get the standard edition ?

they should do a sale for players who got it on switch

they won't do that, it is like any other game where if you want it on different systems you buy it on different systems. it does go on sales so just wait for that but they won't give a discount just because you have it on the switch. and while the items will be available across the save game on all platforms the DLC will not and is only on whatever system you bought it on.

the save game has crossplay, so yes you can play the same save state across platforms but the DLC is only accessible on the system you own it on. the items from it will be accessible but you will not be able to go to the island or play out the quests unless you buy the DLC on the pc aswell. the devs announced that when they announced the DLC was even going to be coming.

You can use your game saves on diffrent plattforms.
But you have to pay full price on each plattform to buy it. their is no benefit, if you allready own it on a diffrent plattform.

i recommend to wait for the next steam sale.
