Thorn Cleaner NOT WORKING

Is anyone else's thorn cleaner task for the standard game bugged? I've cleared out well over 20,000 and it won't let me claim the tasks. Help :'(

yah bunch of people are having same problem, click the achievement thing and then steam thing pops up but button will not register and complete, apparently been that way for awhile.

There are two options to trey to fix this issue, one is uninstalling the game and reinstalling, don't worry all your progress won't be lost. And the other is just keep doing it till steam registers it as completely done because some of the achievements won't track until it's completed.
