Released Jafar from Lamp but he isn't in my village

Simple as that, I finished all the quests, got him in the lamp and then released him but I can't find him anywhere in my village on either map. Is he bugged?

I had to activate it from the settings on the map: Open the map, then press F and try to deactivate and activate it to see if it appears.

Yea I did that, I even reloaded my game, it shows he is at home but I have checked the castle and all over the maps everywhere for him, nothing

Have you tried doing that on the normal map and not the DLC one?

Have had Tiana ninja vanish myself. Went into her house and there she was. Am thinking the new update doesn't quite register the new villagers inside their houses.
