Missing Moonstones?

I bought the gold pack and only receive 8k of the 15k total moonstones they said you would get.

Not sure what the differences in console or whatever might be but if by gold pkg you mean the largest moonstone pkg you can buy in-game, I got it on Wed. and did receive the full amount. i hope you're able to recoup that loss. I'd be pissed too and blowing up GL in every way i could find to contact them. Good luck!

I have submitted a ticket for it with their support I just have to wait to see what they say now. I dont wanna refund it cause i really love the game but like i paid extra for them stones and imma get 'em lol

I had the same problem earlier and have submitted a ticket too. Ironically, I started playing through gamepass on my Xbox Wednesday knowing this would likely be on sale during the summer sale and to get a early start. I initially started there without an account linked and when I tried to claim those moonstones it said to link an account first. So I did, and then the option to claim those moonstones disappeared from the mail box. It’s like this game just doesn’t want me too chill I out and play it.

Same here. I linked my Gamespot account which was linked to my Xbox Game Pass save file and I didn't get any rewards in my mailbox. Then I tried to unlink it and start a brand new save file but I still had the same issue. I've contacted Gameloft too but I don't have an answer yet, and I have found two people on Reddit that seem to have the same issue: https://www.reddit.com/r/DreamlightValley/comments/1dqfwnw/gold_edition_not_working/

As an update, they were able to square me away on both platforms. They were able to get the expansion mail to be sent with 5k moonstones and directly added 2k moonstones to my steam account. They stated they fixed the Xbox issue too but when I tried I still didn’t have that 8k moonstones when playing on Xbox. Once I followed up with that they just directly added that 8k moonstones to my Xbox account.

I have not heard anything from the support after posting a ticket. I have double checked my mail box in game too with nothing :(

I would be really mad about this. Ive read posts about other people with the same problem via reddit. Seems like gameloft rarely responds... Ive tried to log into a new game without connecting to my cloud save. Didnt work either..
