Cant plant seeds?

Im on a new game file and i tried to plant some carrot seeds
The first one planted just fine but now im trying to plant all sorts of different seeds, wheat cabbages carrots and nothing will plant. The animation shows that im planting but once its finished nothing happens, the hole is still empty

I'm having the same problem since Decembers update!!! Gameloft says their working on it.

I've had same problem since end of February. I can't progress with foodception or shy little robot quests. I have a support ticket in with Gameloft but they keep saying it's with their technical team
