a deal with ursula

Having massive issue. I collected all three crystals but it is only showing i have 3/4. I have triple checked all spots where they should be and they have gone. I checked all my storage but i have not placed one in there. Anyone have any suggestions its driving me nuts as i need Eric to finish off my star path
