No dreeamsnaps reward?

The title says it all I guess. I played until a few minutes ago and did not receive any reward for last weeks dreamsnaps.
Anyone else witht his problem?

It has been taking a bit for some people to receive their rewards. I received mine immediately last week, I have not received mine yet this week.

I just restarted my game and received my rewards for dreamsnap.

i had to exit out of game and steam completely and go back in and mail box had it.

I got my rewards about 30 minutes ago, but the mailbox didn't indicate I had new mail, but it was in there.

I have been doing the dream snaps and not getting the rewards. I submitted the mini festival of hearts and the savanna style and did not receive rewards on either. The savanna style is currently stating no submission but i made sure after doing it that it did say i submitted it. As i did not want to miss out on moonstones again after the minis festival error. How am i supposed to earn moonstones if my submissions wont count.

Hmm, that's very odd. Just to make sure - you definitely submitted them? I always go into the Dreamsnaps thing after doing a submission, and do the "check submission" thing so I can get a clear screenshot of it. Plus that way I know that it definitely has my entry.

Sorry for replying so late. I finally got my rewards 2 days ago but I am still wondering why it took that long this time. Normally the rewards pop up pretty soon after the reset on wednesdays.

Normally people post a thread after it finishes, where reward. It usually takes a while to process them all. Got no new mail notification this time, but reward mail was still present luckily, thought they had botched one.

I, yet again didn't get any rewards i think im done with this game for awhile. i dont even have enough moonstones to purchase anything from the premium shop because i have missed out on 3 weeks of snap rewards and before that no matter how many tags and how hard i worked on my dremsnaps i never could get more than 900 stones. so many bugs in this game its frustarting.

You should submit a support ticket so they can look at your account and see what's wrong. They can check your submissions and your mail and maybe figure out what's broken.

The amount of moonstones you get depends on how many players are voting for your dreamsnap. That is sadly not a bug

There's a youtuber named Serroh who set up a spot in his discord for people to get feedback and help to improve their dreamsnap photos. It's helped a lot of people earn more moonstones. If you're interested, I'll leave the link.
