Forgotten Project Quest Vanished Crate

I know that patchnotes claimed this bug is fixed but 3rd crate is vanished after i could not pick it up because my inventory was full. After this I searched every nook and cranny in the zone but couldn't find it. Any idea where is it gone or what to do?

It might be a bug on your end sadly, since you picked it up.
If the item is supposed to be in your inventory and is not, the best is contacting the support about it they might be able to solve your problem.

Yes, I contacted the support and after some discussion and some in-game searching they provided the missing item via in-game delivery. Quite fast and helpful support service i might add, good customer services.

It depends for what, but usually for their own bug they are quite usefull.

I am not sure what I did that actually caused the third crate to be added to my inventory because I was in a bit of a frustrated haze and I had put down and picked up the quest after a long hiatus. But sometime after I started moving every house to EI and removing ALL furniture/decor from the biome, it appeared in my inventory. I think it was probably under Vanellope's house and/or the candy tile I had around it.
