Green Potato quest bugged?
I've seen reports about this dating back a couple of months and it seems they haven't fixed it yet..

I've fished all of the emerald bottles (16) and when opening them I'm missing an emerald silver.. At this rate I've retraced my steps several times and I cannot continue as I've gotten all the bottles...

Does anyone know if the bottles respawn after a certain amount of time or I am I doomed to never finish the quest?

If you didn't get 16 slivers from 16 bottles, I'd say you have to make a support ticket. They put no additional checks in, and if things break you are softlocked for progress.

Yeah I've ran around again today to check for additional bottles, but no luck so I put in a ticket

UPDATE

Support was not helpful at all... They just said it isn't possible to get only 15 silvers from 16 bottles so I should just revisit all fishing spots... Like.. I've been doing that since I noticed the missing one...

You got all 16 before breaking them down so you could check you had them all first, that's what the guide told me to do.
I assume you got them all. Maybe a second support ticket could get you a different person. Try and reiterate that 16 broke down into 15 somehow. They might not have the power to help though, if they didn't just like send you an extra sliver in your mail.

I've send in another ticket and got result!
This time they said that they are aware of the bug I'm experiencing and they are working to solve it for me and others!
