Steam Deck - Keyboard and Mouse?

My girlfriend usually plays games on the Steam Deck, docked up to the TV with a bluetooth keyboard and mouse. This works for every game she has played.
For some reason, when she tries to play DDV, the keyboard and mouse don't work. We cannot move from the menu using the keyboard and mouse. There are no relevant in-game settings that I can see.
Does anybody know how to sort this?

I dont know if anybody has found solution but i am having the same issues. Mouse and keyboard not being recognsed byt this game, and I have selected the layout from the controler menu on steamdeck.

My missus has tried this question in other forums as well, and we have still yet to find a solution to this. If we do find a solution, i'll post it in here.
Hopefully it's just an update that is required, but I'm not even sure if the devs are aware of this issue because this game is fully Steam Deck verified.

Discord is the best solution i'd say. They have a ticket support channel over there.

Also i can give a try with my bluetooth kb/m later in the day, if you haven't find any replies in between. I usually play with the steam deck as a controller so idk if the issue is there too for myself.

This has been a known issue for almost a year I think. Gameloft doesn't seem to care to fix it.

I have this problem too. I've been looking for a fix but can't find one.

This stopped working after update 5. I have posted about it in their Discord after every update since. I submitted a ticket and was told to uninstall the game and reinstall it. That did not resolve the issue.

It's a shame they aren't resolving the issue, but instead dismissing people with the old "turn it off and back on again" statement, despite the fact that they know it is an issue with no fix until the developers sort it out.

Can confirm it's the same on my end. And can also confirm it's still frustrating lol
It's crazy how such a simple feature, standard in most games, probably wanted by many people, hasn't been implemented.

It was working and then broke. I opened a ticket and was told the developers are aware of the issue, and that it's "complicated." That was a couple of updates ago.
