Vanellope Quest Bug?

So I'm currently on the last of Vaneloppe quest, where she ask me to go to the rats inn and speak to the Wizard. When I speak to Merlin inside of Remy's, he tells me that he has no time for this and to speak with Anna instead. According to guides I found online, Anna is supposed to be in there as well for me to continue the quest, but she is not. I've tried to go out of the restaurant to find her, but when I do, the quest revert to the previous step that tells me to go to the inn. But Anna never shows up in the restaurant for me to continue the quest.

Anyone has encountered this bug? Have you been able to find a way around it?

Ok, I found out how to get around this, I'll write it here in case someone get this issue as well. I went and found Anna in the valley, asked her to follow me, and went to the restaurant with her following along. Once in there she had the quest marker and I was able to talk to her about the quest.
