In Remis realm I got butter, eggs, milk cheese and vegetables. Why are they not in my inventory when I get back home?

you cannot take food out of remis realm
you can use that area to learn and create recipes but when you leave all items are gone

You have to buy those items in his restaurant. You open the restaurant after doing a few of his quests.
