SO..... I Broke the diamond in the rough quest

during the 2nd puzzle i manage to pull a lever and can't pull it back and the game has said i can continue on ahead but i can't because due to the lever is anyone able to assist me with fixing this issue (note i have tried closing and reopening the game but sadly hasn't work)

I have tried everything and only one side is lit up now cause i hit the wrong lever after finding the battery charging room and now it say's I can go on...but the doorway is still blocked and levers are locked...I'm so pissed.....

Yes, me also! I sent an email to customer support 2 days ago and have not heard back yet.
