Pumpkin tree not spawning

So i did the update when it cane out and then I unlocked the forgotten lands but I don't see Jack's pumpkin tree anywhere. I've been looking for the dolls but haven't seen anything in 2 days. I double checked and the tree you need to put the dolls in isn't there? Am I missing something? I'm on switch idk if that makes a difference. Any help would be appreciated.

I didn't see the tree at first either. The initial marking is very subtle.
It will not light up until you put the dolls in.
For me, if you face The Fairy Godmother's house the tree is on the right side.
Just stand right in front of the door and turn 90 degrees right and walk forward.
Walk up to it and you'll an "Interact" message.

No luck. I did what you suggested a few times to make sure I did it right and nothing. Then I got frustrated and went to every single tree and still nothing. I haven't seen any dolls either. I just unlocked the forgotten lands so it's a mess, Like the green fires are still everywhere. Does that make a difference? I'm working on unlocking the frozen biome idk if that makes a difference either

I had this same issue and made a post in here. Turns out it can spawn anywhere in there and be really hard to spot, the pumpkin is barely etched in at first. It's a tall, skinny tree with almost gold lines. Mine was far off to the right and facing a pond
