Item stuck during Jafar's quests

Got to the palace finally, but when I got past the cutscene and opened the green chest outside, the item (looks like a vase?) flew into a spot I can't reach, as it's a wall of trees/bushes. Also can't move the trees/put anything there as they're part of the map, not decor.
If this is intended to happen, sorry to write as an issue, but I got nervous thinking that I'll get stuck further down the line when this item might be relevant. Will delete if it turns out to be inconsequential.

It doesn't let me move into the cave, it says it's open and it still doesn't open, something is missing and it doesn't appear anywhere
