No starpath or dreamsnaps

They aren't showing up in the events tab, this has been happening for a while and I don't know how to fix it

It's annoying when they reply to everyone else on everything but not this

For me DreamSnaps unlocked with a photo quest from either Goofy or possibly from unlocking Venellope? I cannot remember since I went through the gameplay slightly inebriated. Progress in the game a bit, seems everything is unlocked by doing quests.

We had unlocked dreamsnaps but after the update, it vanished.

I sent a claim to Gameloft to ask if they will offer us the items of the starpath if we don't have enough time to finish it due to the bug or if we will have more time to complete it. Wait and see. I have holidays in January and during a week I won't play.
