Pineapple soft serve

One of Vanellope's favorite gifts today is pineapple soft serve. I don't see this recipe listed in my meal collections at all. Can anyone confirm if this is a recipe from the DLC? I currently don't have it.

I had mentioned long ago that the NPC often ask for a gift we can't make yet.

So ignore those until the item opens due to your discoveries or quest completion or purchases enable it.

I didn't know there was pineapple yet. Cool.

What I meant was, I had suggested they do something about it on the dev side so that those do not show up until the player has unlocked all ingredients.
