I am missing the last ice shard and I've looked everywhere. I cannot finish this quest.

Hello! This quest is broken and we need to wait for them to fix it. The issue has been going on for months now. =(

The new patch today should've fixed it...but I'm still having no luck. Have any of you guys found the last shard yet?

My last ice shard finally appeared today. It was a long wait but I finally completed the quest. It was a couple of weeks to get it. Just appeared right outside the door of my house. I am guessing it landed somewhere outside of the game map because I moved all of the objects, bushes and trees around trying to find it. I posted a complaint on the Discord site before I finally received the last piece.
