Cant Pick up/Harvest garlic or like items

Lately i havent been able to pick up, my garlic or vanilla, or basil. Everything else i can get rid of like the thorns and harvesting other items but not the "Seasoned" items

Have you time traveled lately? Trying to bend the time rules can have effects like that. It should go back to normal once the game clock and your clock are in sync again.
